I took my truck in to have 2 recalls taken care of. I called the service department around 11 this morning and scheduled an appointment for 12:30. The person on the phone said the parts were in stock a I called the service department around 11 this morning and scheduled an appointment for 12:30. The person on the phone said the parts were in stock and i would be done by 4pm. When i got to the dealership and checked in at 12:10 the service advisor Anthony told me he shouldn’t have said that but he would double check to make sure the parts were there so it could be done same day. Before he sent my truck to the back he confirmed yes we have the parts in stock and we can get it done. I sat in the waiting area for nearly 2.5 hours only for Anthony to come out and tell me sorry we don’t have the parts we’re going to have to order them. The other recall was a software update that would take them another hr to an hr and a half to complete. I’m now extremely upset because they have completely wasted time and when i asked the service advisor why he said they had the parts if they didn’t and why it took this long to tell me he argued with me and told me he never said that. His response to the time was well they just got it to the back 2.5 hours later. I told him I’m not waiting another hr and a half to do the software update after waiting this long and completely wasting my time. A dealerships service department is a direct reflection of their sales department. If they can’t respect your time and repair the vehicles like they should don’t let them fool you into spending your money purchasing a vehicle that they’re not going to stand behind when you need them! More

This dealership has not provided me with my state registration since October 9, 2025. After repeated calls for the status, I am informed that it was mailed. Called again three months later no registr registration since October 9, 2025. After repeated calls for the status, I am informed that it was mailed. Called again three months later no registration. Someone will reach out to you and nothing. I am driving around town with no proof of registration which is terrible how a dealership keeps letting this happen. This is the worst dealership in the State of Texas. More

We were very pleased with our very first Dodge experience and purchase at Frisco Chrysler Dodge. We commended Jonathan Shelton for his excellent upfront & transparency of the sale. The professionalism & transparency that both Jonathan and Rahim displayed while working with us during the sale is what sealed the deal. I would not recommend doing business with Frisco Dodge Jeep based on my experience. First, their advertised “Easy Price” online is extremely misleading. The price listed on their website is not the real price you’ll pay once you walk into the dealership. After contacting them, the actual cost of the vehicle was thousands more than what was advertised, with hidden conditions attached to get the lower number. Second, I was told certain service work had already been completed on the vehicle I was looking at. Upon further inspection, it was clear that those services had not actually been done. This raised serious concerns about honesty and transparency in their process. Additionally, I encountered several other questionable sales tactics that felt designed to pressure me into moving forward quickly without clarity on the deal. Instead of straightforward communication, it felt like a constant runaround. Overall, I left feeling that their practices were not upfront or trustworthy. If you are considering buying a vehicle here, I would strongly recommend double-checking every detail, requesting proof of any promised service, and being prepared for the final price to be much higher than advertised.
