Worst dealership ever Went there to test drive a car. Rajinder Kang was the sales person. Very disrespectful. The lady sitting upfront Rakheema Jordan: very disrespectful. Raj was excellent!!! Raj was awesome during our car negotiation. He understood our needs, and helped us come to agreeable terms for our brand new Honda Accord EX-L V6. Rea Raj was awesome during our car negotiation. He understood our needs, and helped us come to agreeable terms for our brand new Honda Accord EX-L V6. Really appreciated the organization, and ease with which the whole transaction went through. Will be looking to Freehold for our next car as well! More

Lied to me!!! I contact Honda of freehold about a specific car I wanted. They told me they had it in stock and would be waiting for me, this was on Friday. Drove I contact Honda of freehold about a specific car I wanted. They told me they had it in stock and would be waiting for me, this was on Friday. Drove all the way up there that Saturday. They had me wait around for a long time. Then told me they actually DONT have the car in stock. I stood up and walked out. I will not give my business to xxxx that lies to get me in the door then keeps me waiting around. I am working with another Honda dealer and am much happier! More

Missing parts in new accord I purchased a Honda Accord coupe back in February from this dealership. I got a flat tire last night. Called Honda road size assistance. Tow truck came, got ready to change the tire but could not find the key to unlock the tires. We looked everywhere looks like the dealership failed to put the key in the car. Not only that, there were parts missing for the jack! Since it was ten at night I had no choice to get towed home. Not through Honda road side because they only tow you to the nearest dealership, even if it's ten at night and the dealership isn't open. In the morning I called the freehold dealership to see what my options are. They did not even apologize and told me I had to take it to the nearest dealership. Since I was in Bensalem pa, freehold was not close. I explained to them I will be charged for them swapping out my locks. I shouldn't have to pay for that since they forgot to provide the key. They said I should just go ahead and pay it and try to contact sales to see if I can get reimbursed. My dad called them also to complain about this issue. He was informed they are under new management since I purchased the car and did not have the records for previous purchases. My dad tried to talk to a manager but he was told currently there is no one that carries the title sales manager. Finally the person told my dad he would speak to someone and call him back. He has yet to call him back. I am extremely unhappy with this dealership! Go elsewhere people! More

Worst Experience of all time! I wish I could put zero rating star but minimum is 1 star. So here is my best day started with worst person- Raj. We stopped by to check model and pricing of Honda CR-V EX on weekday morning and ended up hitting this Sales Rep. He brought us in muddy car lot to show the vehicle and once we Okayed, he disappeared to get a key for 15-20 minutes left us in CAR LOT. When we asked for the pricing, he ended up giving us unrealistic high price for EX model. The worst part is, when I asked to show some decency in pricing to even consider buying (yes, because internet gives you enough pricing details as it is no longer secret pricing myth), he offered $20-50 less. Like I was in farmer's market and asking to give us reasonable price so he did offer that much to take care off for vehicle sells for roughly $28,000 on road. He offered $29,292 for CRV-EX on road without any extra package involved and offered us $20-50 less at the best. Good part is, we left Raj immediately (and never looking back to Freehold Honda) and ended up buying CR-V EX (same model and on same day) at Academy Honda of Old Bridge, NJ for $27,500 on road! More

He came back told me I'll be in the mid 600 I asked for a break down of everything he told me there's no need Cuz it's not gonna work. No one go to this dealership worse place ever to buy a car they'll rip you off. More

THE OLD CAR GAME FLIM-FLAM!!! STARTED OFF VERY WELL WITH A SUPER LOW PHONE PRICE ON A 2014 ACCORD LEASE. WENT DOWN HILL SOON THERE AFTER. STARTED OUT AT $320.00 PER MONTH ON A NEW STARTED OFF VERY WELL WITH A SUPER LOW PHONE PRICE ON A 2014 ACCORD LEASE. WENT DOWN HILL SOON THERE AFTER. STARTED OUT AT $320.00 PER MONTH ON A NEW CAR LEASE, NO MONEY DOWN. WE WERE TURNING OUR 2012 ACCORD IN EARLY AND HADE TO ROLL THE REMAINING PAYMENTS IN TO THE NEW LEASE. WE NEGOTIATED FOR A WHILE AND EVENTUALLY ENDED UP AT ABOUT $390.00 PER MONTH WITH NO MONEY DOWN. MY WIFE AND I HAD TO CHECK OUR BUDGET AND DIDNT MAKE THE DEAL THAT NIGHT. THE NEXT DAY I SPOKE WITH THE SALES MAN AND ANFTER A FEW CALLS MY WIFE AND I AGREED TO MAKE THE DEAL FOR $390.00 AND NO MONEY DOWN. WELL NO MORE THAN 10 MINUTES AFTER AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND MAKING AN APPOINT TO COME BACK IN THE NIGHT TO SIGN PAPERS THE SALESMAN "RAJ" CALLED ME BACK TO TELL ME THE HIS MANAGES JEFF CYRIAKS NOW SAID IT WOULD BE $390.00 WITH $1,000.00 DOWN PAYMENT!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS NOT HAPPY AND I DID EXPRESS VERY CLEARLY HOW I FELT ABOUT THE DEALERSHIP AND JEFF CYRIAK'S TACTICS! I PROMISED FREEHOLD HONDA THAT NEITHER I, NOR MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY WILL EVER CONSIDER THEM FOR A HONDA AT ANY TIME. I DO NOT DIRECTLY BLAME THE SALESMAN FOR THIS ISSUE AS I KNOW THE "MANAGER" MAKES ALL THE DECISIONS AT A DEALERSHIP. SO, I BLAME JEFF CYRIAKS AND THE GENERAL MANAGER FOR THE TACTICS AND THE LIES AND DECEPTION. MY WIFE WHO IS A NURSE AND A BREAST CANCER SURVIVOR WORKS EXTREMELY HARD TAKING CARE OF PEOPLE ALL DAY AND CERTAINLY DID NOT DESERVE THIS TREATMENT. ALL I CAN SAY IS IF YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO THEN GO TO FREEHOLD HONDA AND SEE JEFF. THE NEXT NIGHT WE WENT TO HONDA UNIVERSE AND WERE TREATED LIKE PEOPLE BY DANNY THE SALESMAN AND LOUIS THE MANAGER. WE DID NEGOTIATE AND WORK NUMBERS AND VEHICLES BUT WE DID MAKE A GREAT (HONEST) DEAL ON A NEW LOADED 2014 HONDA! SO WE TURNED IN OUR 2012 HONDA AND WORKED A NEW LEASE FOR A REASONABLE MONTHLY PAYMENT WITH NO NEED FOR ANY MONEY DOWN! I DO SUGGEST HONDA UNIVERSE AND DANNY. CAR BUYING SHOULD NOT BE A GAME BUT FREEHOLD HONDA ONLY PLAYS GAMES. I HAVE ALREADY TOLD MY FRIENDS THINKING OF BUYING HONDAS TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM. More
