I went in for an Express oil change. I was immediately informed that the weight would be extra long because many employees had called out that day. this happens and is understandable. at I was immediately informed that the weight would be extra long because many employees had called out that day. this happens and is understandable. at least I was told that the wait would be two to three hours. I decided to wait anyway because they have an awesome waiting area with free coffee and Wi-Fi. but I felt I should be compensated for having to wait so long. so I sent an email to my salesman and he contacted the service department and another person got involved and between the three of them I was given a free tire rotation on my next visit. that's what customer service is all about. when you have a customer that's understanding of a situation it is great to say thank you but it's even better to reward them for their patience with a small token of appreciation. i'm always happy when i leave there which is why i go back and they retain my business. More

Giving 5 stars for the sales rep Raj, and the colleague who has been so helpful with providing communication on the remote start installation. They were wonderful! The manager who helped Raj close the sale is condescending. If my mother didn’t need a car that day and I was feeling better I would have had her walk out because of him. He’s rude, loud and obnoxious. He does not speak professionally for someone in a management role. He also tried to tell her that he was including the remote start but wanting to charge $400 more than the price my Mom said she would pay, and then saying they could split the difference (seriously - $200 on a 33K purchase!). The remote start cost $476 when you build the car online. More

I went in for just an oil change. They said about an hour and that was just about right. All I did was go through my emails. By the time I was done my car was done as well. They do a good job there and the waiting area is super comfortable with free wifi. So I bring my laptop and I'm good for quite some time. More

I traveled over 2 hours to purchase a 2022 Honda Insight. I had never visited the dealership prior to my 2-27-22 visit. The sales team was extraordinary. Each, especially Raj, the sales person with whom I I had never visited the dealership prior to my 2-27-22 visit. The sales team was extraordinary. Each, especially Raj, the sales person with whom I dealt, were professional, competent and went out of their way to insure that all questions were answered and details addressed.
