Best Car Buying Experience Ever I recently purchased a 2017 Acura MDX from Precision Acura. Having leased every vehicle in our family for more years than I can count, I have had the I recently purchased a 2017 Acura MDX from Precision Acura. Having leased every vehicle in our family for more years than I can count, I have had the unfortunate experience of witnessing what greed and poor customer service look like in far too many dealerships across New Jersey. The experience I just had at Precision Acura could not have been further from those past encounters and I would argue, couldn’t have been any better. Not only were they reasonable on price, but everyone I came in contact with was courteous and made me feel part of the family. I didn’t ever feel pressure; I certainly understood that they were eager to sell me a car, this is a business after all, right? But I never felt that their eagerness would be at the expense of my satisfaction. Eric and I exchanged a few emails to arrive at a satisfactory price and I was placed in the care of Raj. What I love most about both of these gentleman is that they were very respectful of my time. As a working father of two young children, I don’t have hours to spend sitting in a car dealership. They worked everything out with me at my convenience over email and secured the car I wanted. Once that was done, they set an appointment for me to come in prior to the weekend rush, and to my complete surprise, the car was pulled up to the door and ready to go when I walked in. I signed a few papers and was handed the keys. I couldn’t believe how flawless and fast the entire process was. I asked them to respect my time, and they not only complied, they exceeded my expectations. Now that I’ve seen what true customer service is, I’ll never accept anything less. I won’t ever spend an entire Saturday sitting in a dealership while prices are approved by ‘the manager’ or wait while ‘the credit check is being processed’ for what seems like an hour or wait again while the car is 'located and prepped for yet another 2 hours.’ I only wish Precision Acura sold more brands so I could ensure that I would never have to go to another dealership for anyone in my family. Thank you to Eric and Raj for a reasonable price but most importantly for an amazing experience. As long as Acura is on our shopping list, you’ll have my business and the business of anyone else who asks my opinion. More

Recent Lease of Acura MDX 2016 I visited the show room several times to learn more about and test drive the MDX. I had a pleasant experience dealing with all of the staff I met and I visited the show room several times to learn more about and test drive the MDX. I had a pleasant experience dealing with all of the staff I met and dealt with. AL were knowledgeable of the product, helpful and were not pushy to close of the deal. I first had the appointment with Rajiv however my wife and I had to leave to attend for unexpected matter. Then, on another day we met with, I believe, James and he provided us with a very good and detailed overview of the car. Finally, on our third visit we closed the deal with Ahmed and he was very cooperative and provided us with great advise. The one thing I did not like or appreciate is that when I went to the financial office to sign the required paper I was offered services/products related protecting the window shield and something else. I believe anything related to sales should be brought up during the negotiation of the sale and not at the time of final signing of the paper at the finance office. More

From my first meeting with Charles Creighton ( the General Sales Manager) to my sales person Rajiv Rammarine and finally Herin Joshi (Finance Director). This is a top notch dealership that has the most professional sales staff that I have ever come across in purchasing a automobile. Rajiv called me several times during this process to see if their was anything that I needed. When I came into the dealership to pickup the car, it was waiting for me already detailed so I didn't have to wait. He also took his time to show me all aspects of the car. When it came time to sign the Finance documents Herin Joshi couldn't have been more professional.There was no pressure to buy any additional warranties but he did explain all to me.
