Bad expierence with body shop I brung my 2015 highlander to get repaired after a colission we payed 27 k for repairs and the manager called me to pick up my car and surprized me wi I brung my 2015 highlander to get repaired after a colission we payed 27 k for repairs and the manager called me to pick up my car and surprized me with inside of the car was all greasey,scratched and they saud they would fix that but the next day when I came,the car was the same I even found out that that a lot of bolts were loose and unsafe to drive that car with my family.I don't know if that was a tactic to make me trade the car in and make me buy a new one. More

Fortunately, Quincy Smith been there every time and made the process straightforward, quick and even, at times, enjoyable. He was the same guy this time as he was the first time I met him 8 years ago. The entire staff at A1 is dedicated to the customer. And it helps to have a great product to sell and support. More
