My first visit to team Nissan did not go so well in terms of trade in value and vehicle pricing, I left unhappy. The next day I reached out to Ralph Fast and for the next 2 days we were bantering back and fo of trade in value and vehicle pricing, I left unhappy. The next day I reached out to Ralph Fast and for the next 2 days we were bantering back and forth with numbers. Ralph went above and beyond trying to find me every possible rebate and making calls trying to get me the best value for my trade in. We finally were able to agree on a fair trade in value and Ralph and Eli got my truck ready for me to pickup. Everything was ready to go but unfortunately on the way there I panicked about the economy and the new large vehicle loan and I ended up backing out of the deal last minute. Even then Ralph was great in his response to me and assured me that when I am ready, he is ready to help me agian. Very professional!
