Ralph helped make what is usually a long drawn out and mentally draining expierence into a welcoming and pleasent one with his professionalism and his hospitality. Ralph always returns my calls for further questions and makes me feel at home when I come into the dealership. I do and will recommend Ralph and Crisswell to friends and family for vehicle purchases...and as for me Ralph and i will be doing business on a new truck when i return from Iraq. More

Since 1995, we have selected Criswell Chevrolet for their prompt and professional service we have always received in the service department as well as the sales department. We have been very pleased with Nic prompt and professional service we have always received in the service department as well as the sales department. We have been very pleased with Nick Chapman, Bill Hankins and Richard Beckett and other Criswell staff. We would recommend the service and sales department to anyone in need of repairs or a new car or truck. We bought our 2008 Chevy Silverado truck and plan on buying our next Chevy truck from Criswell very soon. We have always received fair pricing whether it be the sales department with Richard Beckett or in the service department with Nick Chapman and Bill Hankins and other Criswell staff. We have all of our fleet vehicles including gm vehicles and ford vehicles, etc serviced by Criswell. We are very satisfied with the performance of these individuals and the mechanic staff. They have always acted as a team. We have recommended to other companies and personal friends to use Criswell Chevrolet. We have always received courtesy calls after all service visits which is very outstanding to achieve the quality level of service they deserve. We have enjoyed the shuttle service for pickup and drop off of our employees to and from Criswell which has been an added benefit and a time saver, etc. We have also appreciated the service department for repairing our vehicles on short notice such as installing new batteries in our Chevy truck just prior to closing which has been an blessing so we can keep our employees on the road and minimize downtime while having the vehicles serviced in the evening hours vs during the work daytime hours. Criswell has always made our fleet vehicles a priority while in the service department as to get the vehicles in and out on time. Keep up the great work!!
