I leased an XC60 plug in hybrid from Byers Volvo. Great experience in large part thanks to Ralph Marcum. The communication during the buying process was great and he was easy to work with. The day I went in to sign papers and pick up the car, Ralph had everything lined up and ready to go. He went over all the car features and got me setup. I had to take the car in for a software update shortly after purchase and Ralph went above and beyond to make that process as easy as possible. I highly recommend anyone looking for a Volvo to contact him. More
