We were buying for our teenager and Ralph included him in the process and made him feel welcomed, encouraging him directly to reach out if he had any questions after our purchase. He listened to my concerns and genuinely cared about me and how to remedy the predicament I was facing with my previous car. Awful experience Had an awful experience here. After my deal was finalized and signed they called me back a few days later to pay over $750 due to my salesman not chec Had an awful experience here. After my deal was finalized and signed they called me back a few days later to pay over $750 due to my salesman not checking my correct payoff price. 100% was that fault of my salesman and the dealer. They wouldn’t budge on the $750 even though I purchased a $37,000 vehicle. The GM called me and admitted his salesman was in the wrong but nothing they could do. Would never do business here or recommend anyone going here. Worst experience I ever had buying a car. Very unprofessional. More
