I had done my homework on this car and was pleased to find that Ralph knew his business and was able to answer all of my questions and confirm the details I already knew to be true. We got stuck in traffic, so the test drive was a long one, but Ralph was calm, patient, friendly and always helpful. He's a top notch salesman, but even more than that he's just a great guy. Amazing Dealership! I was extremely nervous to step into the dealership for my first real leasing experience! I knew I wanted the Mazda CX5 in gray with all of the safety I was extremely nervous to step into the dealership for my first real leasing experience! I knew I wanted the Mazda CX5 in gray with all of the safety features, but I was just looking to test drive & shop around. I was immediately welcomed in by Kevin Bonovich, who worked with me to answer every single question I had about the car, my trade-in and the leasing terms. I did shop around for the best quote, but Kevin and the team at this store worked with me until we reached a deal that I couldn't turn down. Kevin even said to me that he wasn't going to pressure me into making a decision I wasn't comfortable with and he was going to wait until I came to a final decision. Now THAT is the service I like. I was already nervous, but Kevin really put me at ease, which is why I went with the deal. When I got the car, Kevin sat with me inside the car and went over every single feature until I felt confident enough to drive it off the lot. I also have to thank Brett Fader, Jason Templeton, Sang Dang, Greg Lineberry, Tom Lopez, Ralph Price, and James Utermohle, who all helped me in making this process smooth and easy.
