I have purchased cars from some of Infiniti's competitors over the years and I have yet to work with anyone as professional, efficient, friendly and honest. My father worked in the car business for many years and it has become something of a running joke between us that whenever I leave Coconut Creek Infiniti I will relate my experience with him and everytime he says something like "I have never heard of a dealership doing that". One of my last conversations was with Ralph Reichhold at Cocount Creek Infiniti who told me he would definitely work with the numbers I had proposed. I made the long trek to Coconut Creek from Miami to find outstanding service from Ralph and Mark Retzkin and no bait and switch... they delivered as promised. I got a great deal and left a very happy customer! I'll definitely be back when my lease is up! More
