Both ramez & dealer went above and beyond to fix a significant vw 2021 design screw-up that involved taking features away perhaps to save a miserly $20 by removing an SD slot and cd player. Using a cell phone for these three items is STUPID.. Cell service, for example does not exist everywhere sat nav does. Without this effort, I frankly would have walked away from this model year and simply kept my still very nice 2017 gli that has all the features VW foolishly removed (navigation, sd slot, cd player) More
