Professional friendly service!! Buying made easy!! I called looking for the Toureag Diesel. I spoke with Dave the sales manager that said he had a couple in stock. I was met by Ramez when I walked thro I called looking for the Toureag Diesel. I spoke with Dave the sales manager that said he had a couple in stock. I was met by Ramez when I walked through the door. He took me through two Toureag’s he had on the lot. He was professional and so knowledgeable. He worked really hard to make the sale without being pushy. He made the entire transaction so easy and friendly. I felt like part of the VW family when I walked out. In fact I met two other car buyers there and then saw one the next day when we were both getting our cars! Both customers were repeat customers and it was my first buying experience at Patrick VW.
