All though I have the best intentions I always forget to follow through in giving a review! But this is one that was worth remembering! We first met Rami Alamawi in 2016 when he helped me to get into my 201 follow through in giving a review! But this is one that was worth remembering! We first met Rami Alamawi in 2016 when he helped me to get into my 2016 Chevy Sonic. His attention, care & professionalism was exceptional then! Our son was in need of a vehicle but was also facing a bruised credit. We told him that we would co-sign for him and encouraged him to look at Phillips Chevy in Frankfort website and I would call with hopes of Rami still there. Thankfully he was, I left him a message and he returned my call that day. Rami got on it right away! He had the truck that my son was interested in brought to him from Lancing and he started the finance process before my son and husband were there! Rami was amazing! He made my son feel that his past challenges are the past & he did deserve a second chance! When my son drove his new truck home to show me he was smiling bigger than I’ve seen in a very long time! It needs to be known that Rami went beyond in showing my son kindness and giving him hope while remaining realistic and professional! Words can not express how much his kindness has meant to our family! He was a part of giving our son hope again and we will for sure continue to recommend him and Phillips to friends and family! This was more than a car sale to us, from the bottom of my heart, thank you Rami!! More

My wife and I were working on finding a used car, in good shape, with low miles, for the right price, as we all are. A vehicle was discovered online at Phillips Chevrolet, that met our needs. My wife contacted Rami from the reviews on line to inquire about the car. His customer service was top notch. Rami sent my wife a few coordinating texts, along with a personal video of the car to help make a decision on coming to look at it. We were able to travel 1.5 hours into the dealership and ultimately make the purchase along with purchasing the vehicle that we were Leasing from GM Financial all at the same time. All of the staff that we encountered was friendly and helpful but Rami's personality along with a customer driven Phillips support staff will keep us coming back in the future. More
