He called within a half hour and told me he worked out a deal for me and to come in as soon as possible! Came in at 5pm and threw me a set of keys and told me to check out my new car! In short, with no money down, bad credit, no cosigner and only a trade in, Rami put me in a 2015 Chevy Sonic! By far the best experience I've ever had! At the age 22 I bought my first car independently! I went from a 2000 Honda Civic with 365k miles to a 2015 Chevy Sonic with only 5 miles thanks to Rami & Phillips Chevy in Frankfort! More

My experience at Phillips Chevrolet was fantastic. Rami was a very friendly, easy going, happy, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable salesman. I was dreading going in to buy a car as it is usually such a long drawn out process, but not with Rami. He moved it along so nicely and I have to say it was actually enjoyable. From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted with friendly staff. Since it has been a while since I've purchased a new car this was very exciting for me and Rami understood what I was looking for. He was so kind in showing me the cars I was interested in especially because I was so picky! He had just what I wanted and I knew the minute I sat in the car I would be driving it home. I was lucky enough to get one with all the bells and whistles but had not clue what was what. Rami sat in the car with me and went over every feature but the horn :) until I made sure I knew about it all! We WILL be back to buy our next vehicle from Rami in the very near future! The second I walked into Phillips, I was greeted and taken care of immediately. Rami was our salesman and he treated me with respect and kindness. Most salesman have not taken me seriously because I am young (23), but Rami was the exact opposite. He worked with me to get different incentives and rebates. He did not pressure me into buying anything, but he did make me feel very comfortable. Rami is an outstanding salesman and person! I have not stopped raving about the service I received from Phillips Chevy and from Rami. I will continue to recommend Rami to all my friends and family. Angel was also very nice! More

I left the other dealer, not out of dissatisfaction, but out of simple economics, as a retiree. I am not a difficult purchaser when I know that I have been treated fairly. I do not look for the best price - I look for the best "feeling" that I get from an experience. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, at Phillips was tremendous (friendly, courteous, interested, calm, collected, sincere, all the things that are important to me). But, if I must say a few words about each of them, as I feel may be important to them, it would be this: a. Rami: the true example of what most car buyers want in a sales person (a partner in a deal, not a foe - great product knowledge, efficient, persistent - which I find important, and even admirable, in a sales person, knows his limits with people, I am quite sure - very bright about human nature, I feel); b. Cymone: very thorough, hard working and precise (she made every one of my email requests an easy thing - she replied quickly and efficiently with reliable data, very friendly); c. Angel: awesome guy (I can easily tell that this guy is a good dad and brings his ethics, his understanding, his entire persona to his workplace - and, that's an admirable trait in a person; d. Mark: prepared, knowledgeable, understanding, efficient (I suffered no "I'll get back to you" or "I'll have to check" or any other blow-off answers to anything - very impressive). More
