I was extremely attached to my car so this transition was going to be a tough one. After doing lots of research I came to the conclusion that I wanted a Chevy Cruze LT .I had many friends that had purchased cars from Phillips Chevy and had heard wonderful things about. The dealership was close to my work which was a definite plus. I went and test drove the car and fell in love. The night I went although I knew that I wanted this car I hesitated to sign. I was scared to purchase I never had a brand new car and hadn't bought a car in over nine years. Rami Alamawi was the dealer that worked with me. He realized I wasn't quite ready to purchase and didn't pressure me to buy. I went home and thought over my plan. He worked with me on all my concerns and squashed any that I might have had. I went back Thursday for another look and to go over things. This time prepared for my next step. He had already done all the hard work and definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Rami Alamawi made this difficult decisions one of the happiest decisions of my life. I am now a Proud owner of a 2014 Chevy Cruze LT and I couldn't be happier. We are now driving a brand new Chevy Cruze with a car payment that can't be beat by any other dealership we have dealt with. He has a very positive and upbeat personality and makes you feel confident that you are purchasing the right vehicle for your budget and still are happy with the luxury of a new car.
