It was my first time to get my car serviced at this dealership. Ramiro was very kind and approachable and this part of my experience at Toyota Fremont was a pleasant one, except... I'm not sure if dealership. Ramiro was very kind and approachable and this part of my experience at Toyota Fremont was a pleasant one, except... I'm not sure if it was just an absolutely busy day when I had my car brought in for service but 5 hours of waiting time is way too long. My appointment was at 10 am and I was told that it'll take roughly about 2.5 hours (which was perfectly fine and was willing to wait at the dealership) but it was not finished until 3:15pm. Other guests were getting very impatient as well because of they had the same experience as I did. More
