70k Service was ok, however, when I met the consultant, I was told the service would take 2 hrs. In the end, the service took 4 hrs. This was after I reached out to the service advisor at the 3 hr and 45 m was told the service would take 2 hrs. In the end, the service took 4 hrs. This was after I reached out to the service advisor at the 3 hr and 45 minute mark. Only then did he investigate and advise it would be done in 15min. The service advisor should have been more proactive in monitoring completion, instead of me asking first. More
