When I went into Paradise last week I did not plan on buying a new car. After I walked around the lot with the salesman Josh Rice for about 15 minutes and then I found it! it was the perfect car. Our experience at Paradise Chevrolet was defenitely a pleasant one. We were thinking about buying a new truck, but this was not something we had to do at the time. Our salesman "Lance Orosco" was willing to crunch numbers with us, and with a little help, made us a offer we could not pass up. Needless to say, we drove home in our new Chevy Silvarado. The dealership itself, and everyone we worked with was great!!! They made us feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the process, which makes a big difference. It was definitely a pleasant experience, right down to filling out the final paperwork. This was a great representation of how customer service should be. initially we thought of just window shopping for a Tahoe, or another type of SUV. But the salesmen (Felipe & Chris) were so charming, informative, friendly, and both had such personable characteristics, th or another type of SUV. Felipe Rodriguez was very helpful at the dealership. He certainly did his job, while still trying to get the best deal for us. We have bought 3 new cars from paradise and have referred several friends, who have also bought from them. This was our first experience buying a used car. Each time we have been in they were professional, well versed on there cars and the avail options as well as stock. We both work full time jobs and just had a newborn, time is very precious to us. Erick listened to what we were looking for and did not waste our time showing us things that we did not want or try to per-sued our minds on cars that we did. He was professional and personal, very comfortable to shop with. My husband is a auto mechanic, little did they know. They did not mislead us on the condition of the cars and were never shady on their history. Once inside it was pleasant as well. Ramiro was very professional as well. He did not waste our time with hours of tedious negotiating, every time he came to us with an offer it was reasonable, only a few offers had to be made before a deal was agreed on. We were very happy with paradise and their customer service. Erick and Ramiro were a pleasure to work with and it is because of them that we will continue to be paradise customers. More
