The service was great, everytime I came in to look at a car before and after I bought one I was treated with the upmost respect. They helped me with all my needs. They worked with me. Paradise Chevrolet/Cadillac is a first rate dealership. Staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. My wide and I visited the dealership on Saturday April 2, 2011 really just looking to browse as the Staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. My wide and I visited the dealership on Saturday April 2, 2011 really just looking to browse as the current lease on my 2009 Honda Accord was up in October. Was immediately greeted by our Sales Professional Ramiro Perez who spend a few minutes with us discussing potential vehicles. Ramiro explained some of the incentives that GM had going on through May 2nd. Was extremely impressed with the 2011 Cadillac CTS Coupe for which there was a good selection available at the dealership. Ramiro took us for a test drive explaining all of the critical features of the vehicle and the benefits of On-Star and Cadillac ownership in general. Afterward Ramiro showed us some financing scenarios including leasing from Ally Bank under their ultralow mileage plan. I work from home and so not put a lot of miles so this was an attractive and affordable option. We negotiated what I felt was a fair price which in the end ended up to be less than KBB.com's "Fair Purchase Price" assessment. However, since I did have 6 months left on my lease I was concerned about the potential negative equity this might create but Ramiro suggested we have the vehicle appraised anyway and that would determine if it made sense to get into a vehicle now or in 6 months. To my surprise I was given what I felt was an extremely fair trade in value for the vehicle which coupled with the attractive incentives from GM made the decision to move into a new vehicle now a "No Brainer". The entire appraisal process only took about 15 minutes which at this point had only made my total investment in time to this point about 1 hour. Next was the credit application and approval process which again only took about 30 minutes total. Upon approval, Ramiro had the vehicle prepped for delivery and with the trip to the finance office for paper signing and vehicle acquaintance and a tour of the Service Department I was in and out on about 2 1/2 hours. Not bad. In the end, I was so glad I stopped by and am in complete love with my "Head Turning" Red CTS Coupe. Thanks to the great staff at Paradise Chevrolet/Cadillac for making my car buying experience a pleasurable one and I would encourage anyone in the Temecula area to stop by and visit the dealership. More
