I saw a Toyota Highlander on Facebook at Sloan Toyota of Malvern and, I called and Spoke to Steve the used car manager who told me that the car was still available. The entire staff was very courteous and helpful. This included Ramiz Khalaf, who showed me all around the car and pointed out the functions of the car.very appreciated Ramiz’s help. Next I Spoke to Joshua Whitby, who went over all of the warranty and options available for the car. Joshua also did an Excellent job for me. I Definitely would Highly Recommend this Dealer to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Toyota., and if you are, make sure that you look up both of these very capable men. The process moved too quickly, and being transferred from rep to Manager without physical pricing documents to reference put me at a disadvantag. The carfax report for the vehicle I purchased was provided, b rep to Manager without physical pricing documents to reference put me at a disadvantag. The carfax report for the vehicle I purchased was provided, but I should have leveraged the carfax value of the leased car I traded in to ensure I got the right deal (they did not provide that and my cars value was way higher than the dealerships according to carfax). . The manager processed my sale, I got in the new car to drive away, and was called back into the dealership as there was an internal error with the pricing of my new vehicle. The result increased the price of my car, and I had to remove a vital tire/dent warrantee I had just been sold to accommodate the new price of the vehicle. The security stickers were carelessly slapped on the vehicle, and that was pretty disappointing considering it was the largest investment I’ve made in my life. More
