Great deal, honors their commitments We bought a 2019 Pacifica from Westgate recently, and got a fantastic deal on the car. The pricing was very transparent and I did not need to haggle We bought a 2019 Pacifica from Westgate recently, and got a fantastic deal on the car. The pricing was very transparent and I did not need to haggle with them to get a great deal. We had to custom order our vehicle given the combination of features/ options we were looking for. This process took awhile given Chrysler was transitioning their factories from 2018 to 2019 models, but, Westgate honored the original deal we had (even at their cost) throughout this process and stayed in touch with me to give me updates along the way. They also have a very unique free oil change program which is compelling as well. More

Best dealership around This was our third vehicle purchase from Westgate in as many years, 1st two were used vehicles and the latest a new 2018 Ram 1500. Hands down the bes This was our third vehicle purchase from Westgate in as many years, 1st two were used vehicles and the latest a new 2018 Ram 1500. Hands down the best dealership in Raleigh. In the last 6 years I dealt with two other dealerships that dont even come close to the service we've received at Westgate. Roman G. was my most recent salesman and he made the entire process from start to finish the smoothest yet. I drove over 50 miles to buy my Ram, Highly recommend you visit Westgate before shopping elsewhere. More

Excellent Dealership Overall, the deal was very good. I would return and work with the same ppl of we were to buy another vehicle. Some of the slightly concerning issues, Overall, the deal was very good. I would return and work with the same ppl of we were to buy another vehicle. Some of the slightly concerning issues, we didn't get what we wanted for out trade in even though it was in pretty prestige condition. We also had a bit of a mix up regarding the price we had discussed prior to going to the dealership. Originally pricing dealt with general financing and was all via email. We called and spoke with the salesman and discussed a 0% financing option which changed some incentives, but was not documented via email, so the numbers we discussed on the phone weren't exactly the same when we came in to purchase. Overall, we feel we still got a good deal and we would definitely return to Westgate of we decided to buy one of their brands. More
