To whom it may concern Out of respect for Dion and Ramon I'm giving a good score because he has always been the reason i purchased and stayed loyal to KIA. Im sorry to say t Out of respect for Dion and Ramon I'm giving a good score because he has always been the reason i purchased and stayed loyal to KIA. Im sorry to say this may be my last vehicle that i purchase. The car i bought was the kia stringer GT2. It had work that needed to be done and was given the time frame of 3 days for the down time for service. I waited 2 weeks and was told by kia motor finance customer service that the dealer would compensate me. The email response i received had no empathy and was not professional at all. I feel like since the sale was done it didn't matter. Not sure if this response will even matter based on how i was treated. More
