All of the vehicles were in great shape with appropriate/acceptable wear and tear considering their ages/mileage. Edgar was my Sales Rep and just like every other Sales Rep I've done business with at Automax of Ocala, he has been stellar to say the least! 10/10 just for his sales technique and personality. He answered any questions we had, but wasn't overbearing or pushy. As soon as we wanted to test drive a vehicle he handed me the keys and signed a waiver and let me take it with my family in the car and he waited for us to come back. I know some people wouldn't care for this, but I LOVE it! David gave me a completely fair appraisal for my trade and even threw in a little extra for the extra money I had put into the vehicle in accessories, Kudos to him! Ramon was my finance guy and was quick to deal with, personable and professional. For anybody looking for a vehicle, this is my 5th vehicle I have purchased through Automax and I've NEVER had a disappointing experience or had any issues with the vehicles after purchase. I made calls to other dealships before heading here and I was YET AGAIN reminded why I don't like dealing with anybody else. Thanks again Automax Ocala! More

When he could not answer specific questions I had he immediately brought me to Kelly who could. Kelly stayed in touch with me over the next 2 weeks not in an annoying way offering her help in anyway she could. Kelly was out the day I went back to buy. I went in with a very specific car in mind the salesman Charlie was great he actually convinced me to go with a totally different better vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, relaxed and relatable. Ramon for the second time was able to fit the car I wanted into my budget and get me offers from banks lower than what I was able to find on my own.
