At the time of sale, your staff represented the vehicle as having sustained only a “minor accident.” However, within one week of ownership, I experienced persistent vibration and noise at low and high spee as having sustained only a “minor accident.” However, within one week of ownership, I experienced persistent vibration and noise at low and high speeds. Upon inspection by an authorized Subaru dealership, it was discovered that: • The front left wheel assembly contained non-OEM, low-quality parts inconsistent with Subaru safety standards, requiring $1,700 in immediate repairs. • The rear tires were mismatched “city tires,” which compromise the AWD system and pose a risk of drivetrain damage, necessitating replacement of all tires at an estimated cost of $850. These findings directly contradict your dealership’s representations and constitute material misrepresentation and deceptive omission. While I understand the vehicle was sold “as-is,” Virginia law does not shield sellers from liability for fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation, especially when safety is compromised. More

Hands-down the worst car-buying trip of my life. I drove from Alexandria to Winchester for a “fully inspected” used car. First lie: their 170-point checklist. Next, they demanded my SSN to check leasing, then claimed I needed a cosigner - yet I could buy without one. Red flag #1. They pulled my credit 18 times, then rolled out the car: dash lights blazing like Times Square. Asked why they sell obvious lemons, the sales director blamed “that new AI” for auto-listing trade-ins. Red flag #2. I asked how long repairs would take; he shrugged, “We don’t do mechanical stuff,” and casually admitted they lease used cars after all. Red flag #3; I was done. Leaving, they pushed an even older clunker, ran my credit again without consent, and admitted it was also unserviced. It was now 8 p.m. - an hour past closing - and I hadn’t driven a single inch. This circus torpedoed my view of Mitsubishi’s brand. From a franchised dealership I expected accountability, not junk-lot antics and reckless credit pulls. Buyer beware. More
