They pulled my credit 18 times, then rolled out the car: dash lights blazing like Times Square. Asked why they sell obvious lemons, the sales director blamed “that new AI” for auto-listing trade-ins. Red flag #2. I asked how long repairs would take; he shrugged, “We don’t do mechanical stuff,” and casually admitted they lease used cars after all. Red flag #3; I was done. Leaving, they pushed an even older clunker, ran my credit again without consent, and admitted it was also unserviced. It was now 8 p.m. - an hour past closing - and I hadn’t driven a single inch. This circus torpedoed my view of Mitsubishi’s brand. From a franchised dealership I expected accountability, not junk-lot antics and reckless credit pulls. Buyer beware. More
