I wasn’t happy with the process. The system trade value that the dealership used is a misrepresentation. It valued my trade based on a valuation system they used and then my trade values came in over $4,000 less than what was valued when I submitted the offer based on their value. I also sent all the photos they asked for too. Also, the new car manager made an inappropriate comment on the bid sheet when negotiating. Overall, if it wasn’t for Talon working hard to negotiate the deal, I probably wouldn’t have purchased it. Also, when the brand new vehicle was delivered to my home, the driver ate food in it on the way and it smelled like onions and he dropped food in between the seats including onions and pickles. In addition, when they filled it with gas, they didn’t run it through the car wash and it was dirty and had bugs all over it. When I reported to the dealership, they never called to apologize nor did they reach out to me. Talon did follow-up several times to ensure all was good with the new purchase. The Finance office was very good to work with too. More

I was introduced to a vehicle, test drove it, taken to finance and signed ALL of the paperwork, then told they needed to run it through the shop one last time and it would be available the next day. Instead, there was something wrong, then the next day something wrong, then the next day unfit to sale, and they were unable to put me into any other vehicle in their enormous inventory. So, I went elsewhere to purchase a vehicle. Now with that being said I am grateful that they did in fact loan me a vehicle while they attempted to figure out their shadiness, but overall, would never recommend them to anyone. More
