This was my first experience with looking for a new vehicle though a dealership's internet sales department. Alex Pimentel went above and beyond in answering all of my questions; sending me the inform vehicle though a dealership's internet sales department. The test drive was not traveling the customary car dealer preset route, but he allowed me to take it anywhere I wanted, "I'm just along for the ride". He made making the decision to purchase the Outback easy. He took the time to educate me on a couple of items like "lifetime oil changes", which I had not heard of, and extended warranties, which I was interested in. I would highly recommend him as a salesperson to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Ramzy Saleh in the finance office made closing the sale easy and painless. No high-pressure sales tactics to "add on" to the price of the car with extras, that I had experienced with other dealerships. Everything was explained well, and my questions were answered completely. Dealing with these folks at Lithia Subaru was probably the best new car purchase I have ever made. More

Love the new 2025 Subarus. We were greeted as soon as we got out of the car. The salesman seemed eager to learn our needs and what we wanted. When we asked if there were other similar cars in a different line, he showed us the one we bought. It had all the attributes we needed, all that we wanted, and several more that we are learning to use. We got a reasonably good trade in on our old car, and the sales process went smoothly. Before we left the lot with our new Forester, the salesman took us on an extensive tour of the information center and of the essential tools we need to operate the car. Then they told us to come back in couple of weeks for a refresher course and to ask any other questions we had. Really great service. More
