Low stress and no pressure This is only the 2nd dealership we have ever purchased from. Best new car buying experience ever! Alex was my salesman and he was amazing! He always treated me like his top priority -returning my calls and emails promptly and going way out of his way to answer a myriad of my persnickety questions! I'd researched and shopped for months for my new 2018 Outback and never would have thought I'd drive 12 hours out of my way to purchase a car -but no other dealer could beat Lithia Fresno's price and their service. (They even added two extra accessory packages to the deal and installed them free of charge -having my new baby all shiny and ready for me when I arrived.) This entire experience was surprisingly easy and I am an extremely satisfied customer! More
