Please be advised that the consent issue for credit appoints is addressed by Heaton v. Social Finance, Inc. case and the "Soft Pull" and "Hard Pull" on credit is addressed by Sofi Settlement. (Sofi Financial v. FTC.). Read the law first before you mislead people and do misrepresentation . Your company failed to follow these State and Federal Laws. Accordingly, I am reporting your car dealership to The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles Dealership Enforcement Division and US Federal Trade Commission. Your Credit Application must mention Soft Pull on it while my giving consent yo pull my credit bureaus reports inquiry is covered under The Privacy Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair and Accurate Credit Reporting Act. The above laws and the case laws apply to Car Dealership and not to the buyers. Criminal Complaint to Texas Department of Motor Vehicles Dealership Enforcement Division is an Administrative Lawsuit against your company as well. I give you an option to consider settling with me as Out of Court. Longo Toyota of Prosper gives me 3 cars instead of 1. 2 new, 1 the car in question with full prices paid off on all the cars, full Insurance on all the cars for 6 years, full Warranty on all the cars and each car must have GPS, cameras and State of The Art Technology Package and a small Out of Court Settlement Amount of $780,000.00 within 2 days (including today). In return of this, I do not go further on reporting Longo Toyota of Prosper to The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles Dealership Enforcement Division and further going to the court but I maintain my Dealer Rating and my comments on DealerRater.com and other rating sites until I get what is requested here. If this sounds like a fair deal, Longo Toyota of Prosper can send me an email accepting to all this. We will be in business again! Have your Corporate Attorney contact me in writing. While your conversation today was cut short with our Sales Manager Harvey P., due to a flight you were catching, we appreciate the time you’ve taken, and allowing us this opportunity to review & respond. Looking deeper into this matter, we found the subtleties of all (3) vehicles, that you were interested in, not being front line ready and reconditioning work still needed to be completed. We can understand how our team was attempting to work through pricing and delivery options, in the time frame allotted with our dealer, even though the vehicles were not ready In closing, we do our best to make every deal possible, and we recognize occasionally, that a deal structure or vehicle availability may not always be achievable. Great conversation with Harvey today and I appreciate his desire to get feedback to make things better for those that follow me (I ended up buying 2 cars at other dealerships). My issue was less about vehicle availability (although I acknowledge that the vehicles we discussed were not front line ready, even though listed on the website) and more about trust in representation and pricing. Harvey did represent this location as a learning organization, here's hoping that they are. I would still ask for Tony.
