Great Customer Service I bought a car about 4 days ago and it wasn’t what I and the dealership thought it would but the sales manager Kurtis Becker went above and beyond to I bought a car about 4 days ago and it wasn’t what I and the dealership thought it would but the sales manager Kurtis Becker went above and beyond to make sure he would make it right with a trade out or a full refund. We weren’t able to trade out the car so he issued me a full refund. All the employees I dealt with were curtious and genuine. Kaden Phillips was very helpful, present and attentive through the whole process. I was always greeted with a smile and good firm handshake every time I walked in and walked out by both Kurtis and Kaden. We had some issue with a vehicle in the beginning but everyone made this right for me. Thank you everyone. More

My experience was surprisingly pleasant Upon arrival at David stanly Chevrolet you see a large inventory of new vehicles so the first thing you expect is pushy sales reps and a lot of trick Upon arrival at David stanly Chevrolet you see a large inventory of new vehicles so the first thing you expect is pushy sales reps and a lot of tricks to keep you at the dealership.then you would expect to fight with the finance department for hours as they try to set your payments 200 dollars higher than you can afford.I don't normally write reviews although today I feel compelled to do so.Here at David Stanley you find a relaxed environment with friendly sales reps and no gimmicks the finace department actually kept my payments lower than they originally stated and there was no long waiting or haggling to get it done.So I must declare I am very pleased with the operation of this dealership. More

He's friendly, professional, and did everything he could to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. I will ask for him personally anytime I'm looking for another vehicle. "I was saved" Adrian Lopez, was a pleasure doing business with. I only had a very short time to find a used care for the 2,000.00 that the insurance gave me for Adrian Lopez, was a pleasure doing business with. I only had a very short time to find a used care for the 2,000.00 that the insurance gave me for an accident that totaled my previous car. I was totally distraught and very concerned on trying to find a descent car for this low amount of money. So there I was, tired, discouraged, and out of time. I was referred to Mr. Lopez from another David Stanley Kia dealership who did not have the car I saw on the website. I did not know what to expect and figured I had nothing to lose and definitely no time left, so I decided to give it this one last try. Though Mr. Lopez was busy at the time I got there, when he did show up he immediately put my anxiety at ease with this very warm, friendly and down to earth, demeanor he possesses. After telling me that they had just picked up their used cars for auction, he took the extra effort to walk the lot anyway to see if there was anything left. Though I was not initially impressed with the car that was found, being an older sports car, he convinced me to take a test drive. He initially drove the car first with me in the passenger's seat to make sure he didn't detect anything that might be wrong and then he let me test drive it. Though it seemed to drive great I still had this great trepidation. Being the people person he is, he immediately picked up on my worry. And again he helped set me at ease by assuring me that I made the right decision. And after the paperwork was done and because I didn't have another driver, he volunteered to drive the other car for me that night. Wow, talking about customer service...and on a used car! Except, for some minor mechanical issues that normally would occur in a used car of its age and was taken care of by my mechanic, I have been very pleased with my new used car.
