First off let me say that over the years, I have purchased many new and used vehicles. I am no stranger to the different methods dealerships use to sell automobiles. Usually one of the first things purchased many new and used vehicles. I am no stranger to the different methods dealerships use to sell automobiles. Usually one of the first things I do after getting home with a newly purchased vehicle, is to remove the dealers logo from the car. I normally do not believe in free advertising for dealerships. However, with Austin Ford, I have made a very big exception to my rule. In my experience with the staff and the way I was treated, I am happy to submit this rating and keep the Austin Ford logo on my new Expedition. (at least for a little while...smile). I will honestly say that I cannot remember ever having been treated so amazingly well, received a fair trade in value, or had follow up inquires and/or questions answered in such a positive manner. Every staff member, Randi Abbe, Steve, Joleen, and Josh, were extremely professional, polite and pleasant to work with. They all seemed to be genuinely happy working there and that attitude was reflected in their interaction with me and other customers I overheard talking with them. There is a Ford dealership within 3 miles of my home, with more staff and a larger inventory. Austin Ford is about 80 miles away with a smaller staff. I plan to use the closer dealership for routine maintenance and service for obvious reasons, but from now on will give priority to Austin Ford for any future vehicles I may consider. More

Purchased a 2019 EcoSport. The dealership was very attentive to all my needs. Joleen the office manager and Jesus the sakesperson were great. No pressure whatsoever. This is why people hate car shopping Drove some distance to look at unique color and interior. Sales person reviewed car and then turned us over to manager. Obfuscation over pricing and not quite sure what we signed. Finance office was confused and later returned by UPS insurance card and drivers license. Finance asked us not to pay off car for at least 90 days so she would get extra Ford pay. Car poorly cleaned. Sales person later explained difficulty in cleaning cars. Not recommended. More
