This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I went in with expectations for what I wanted to make happen and was met with a team of guys who didn’t try to make me budge on things I wasn’t willi I went in with expectations for what I wanted to make happen and was met with a team of guys who didn’t try to make me budge on things I wasn’t willing to go for or give me the run around just so they could have a car sold which has been my experience at almost every dealership in my 10 years of buying experience. Ty and Russel, thank yall so much for making this new car happen for me and my family and for making this buying experience one that I will use as a set standard for future buying. Yall are the best! And thank you to Samantha as well for making it happen. Never seen a team of people work so hard to get me what I wanted without trying to push me outside of what I was willing to do. I called and was transfered to Keilly , I asked for the Name and Number of the General Manager to let him know of the issues im going thru with lower Management after I bought a New truck a week ago. I tri Name and Number of the General Manager to let him know of the issues im going thru with lower Management after I bought a New truck a week ago. I tried resolving with the sales manager and the finance manger but broken promises and the run around is all I get after the sale was done. Keilly refused to give me the General managers name or contact information. This is exactly the treatment I have recieved after buying a new vehicle 7 days ago. This is the treatment a repeat customer , a repeat Handicapped customer gets. Handshakes and Honesty dont exist at this dealership. Buyers be ware.Mrs. Houstan did contact me to see if the situation could be resolved, im extremely grate to her for explaining certain procedures and atleast trying to resolve the issue i encountered! Finally the issue is resolved 8 daddy's later than promised , a few sorrys and thats all that is done to make up forvthier broken promises, its ashamed anything will be said to close a deal and afterwards the customer is second to new potential customers !I have never experienced this at any other dealership, very sad in this time and day. More

The management team listened to my concerns, communicated the resolution, and followed through on correcting the issue. I appreciate their willingness to work with both the lender and me to ensure the matter the resolution, and followed through on correcting the issue. Buying a vehicle is a major purchase, and what matters most is how a dealership responds when a customer has concerns. In my case, they were committed to finding a solution and resolving the problem.
