Time to Enjoy Buying a New Car! After nearly a month of car shopping, we ended up at Roush Ford for one reason; they had the Explorers in stock, with the right options and colors, so After nearly a month of car shopping, we ended up at Roush Ford for one reason; they had the Explorers in stock, with the right options and colors, so that we could make a side by side comparison. We bought a car that day, and I will return to Roush for my next purchase for many reasons; honesty, fair dealing, no pressure and most importantly, great people. Randy Cheadle is the best I have ever worked with, and he has a great sense of humor. He actually listened to what we wanted instead of trying to sell us something else, or more options, He wanted us to be satisfied and we were. Ken Peltz was everything for finance that Randy was in sales, everything on the table for any other optional purchases (extended warranties, gap insurance), no pressure to add and always our decision. The entire experience was refreshing after a month of frustration and endless phone follow-ups. Pat Hannahs (Sales Manager) kept everything flowing smoothly. The salesman was strait forward and did not pressure me. The only thing I don’t enjoy about any buying experience is the extended warranty sales pitches. I’m sure they are profitable but I think your better off putting the money in savings to pay for a repair that may or may not be needed in the distant future. However, they probably have to make the sales pitch. I like the dealership and the employees. I would definitely buy from them again. More

Honest and Friendly I have bought 2 consecutive vehicles from Randy. He has a different kind of sales pitch as he is honest and truly wants what is best for you. All of the sales staff are very friendly and will do what it takes to get you into a vehicle you want. I have had a couple issues with my vehicle, covered under warranty and the service staff were exceptional. They got me in a loaner and out the door quickly and efficiently. They remind me of a small town dealership who know their clientele, but with the buying/service of a large dealership. Highly recommend them, but "don't clap for Randy". More

Randy makes purchasing a new car super simple...not at all like the stereotypical car sales experience we all hate. He is conscious of our limited time and hectic schedules, and gets us what we need, when we need it...and bends over backwards to make sure our sales experience goes smooth...and fast! For this last purchase, we were in a hurry to get a sale completed, so Randy worked closely with Ken Peltz in finance, to make that happen, and we greatly appreciate it! Thanks so much to all of you!
