When my son was ready to buy his F-150 he knew exactly what he wanted but was unable to find it and didn’t want to settle for something less. Randy spent a lot of time with my son searching for the right truck (model, color, specs) and had it transferred to the Columbus lot. Years ago I worked for a car dealership in a body shop and I always remember the fun times I had and the experience of working there. Valley Ford reminded me of that. Randy was an amazing salesman. My wife and I just bought our new Explorer ST-Line through Valley and the whole buying process was great! First, the one we were wanting to look at (right color and all options we wanted) just happene through Valley and the whole buying process was great! First, the one we were wanting to look at (right color and all options we wanted) just happened to sell a few days before we could come take a look; I was bummed because there were only a few that met out criteria in the area. Dino, the sales manager had reached out to let me know not to worry, and that he'd have the exact optioned Explorer transferred over for us to look at the next day! I was not expecting this and because of him going the extra mile to make things happen, I knew I wanted to give my business to Valley if we wanted to purchase. We finally were able to make it in and met with our salesman Randy, who was very pleasant to work with. He answered all of our questions and had a good sense of humor which I appreciate. After our test drive we were sold on it and proceeded to work a deal. There was zero pressure to make a move on the car, and they also were willing to work with us on the price to be competitive. They also gave us a really fair price on our trade-in ($800 above Carvana) which helped seal the deal. This is the first new vehicle I've purchased through Valley, but it's worth noting that they've been great in the past with scheduling/service/repair of my previous Ford vehicles; I believe they've got some great techs out in the shop. I would highly recommend Valley for all new car purchase and service needs! More
