Hello, My name is Randy Chin. I have been with INFINITI of Naperville for over 20 years starting back when the store was located in Lisle. I have been in the automotive industry for a total of 30 years all of them with INFINITI and/or Nissan. My primary role at INFINITI of Naperville is being a Sales Rep but I also handle New vehicle inventory ordering and acquisition. I take great pride in maintaining this aspect of our business. I grew up in the Elgin/Dundee area and now live in Aurora which is only a few miles from the dealership. I am an avid sports fan and really enjoy watching the Chicago Blackhawks in my spare time.

I am a 90 year old woman who just purchased my third Infinity. I have had good service from my cars. I contacted Randy Chin early February, but didn’t come in to test drive until several weeks later. V. Infinity. I have had good service from my cars. I contacted Randy Chin early February, but didn’t come in to test drive until several weeks later. V. The reason being the terrible weather. Randy didn’t continually phone me , but occasionally emailed. He never got real pushy, and was always very polite. Several days after I picked up my car I called Randy about a problem which he quickly resolved. My old Inifinity was being shipped to my grand daughter in CO. Randy and Dale made sure that this was taken care of. I enjoyed working with Randy, and that he had the patience to work with me. Top notch man! More

Just bought a pre owned certified car. Randy (salesmen) and Joe (finance manager) were helpful and friendly. I did have a problem with the USB ports not functioning and I couldn’t get my A Randy (salesmen) and Joe (finance manager) were helpful and friendly. I did have a problem with the USB ports not functioning and I couldn’t get my Android Auto to start. They replaced the ports and it works now. I wonder if checking these ports is on their pre owned certified checklist. And if it is, why didn’t this problem get resolved. Also the new car has many safety devices. Randy was familiar with some of these features and how to activate them, but not all. There are videos online that help you, but no one told me where they were. I had to contact Infiniti to get the web address. They need an expert on the operating system at the dealership I could go to. Also they need to take about an hour and go through all the systems with you before letting me leave the lot. Lexus did this with my wife’s car and it was very helpful. More

I purchased my 2nd car from Infiniti of Naperville. I went in for Service on my 2017 Q50 and it was going to be a while so Anna Chmielewska told me it would be about 4 hours and she gave me and my wif I went in for Service on my 2017 Q50 and it was going to be a while so Anna Chmielewska told me it would be about 4 hours and she gave me and my wife loaner car and I think she seen me looking at the QX60 because that is the car she gave us, I never made it home I took it out for about 45 minutes and I went back to the Dealership to talk to Randy Chin who sold me my 2021 Q50 and I looked at the blue QX60 Autograph Edition and that did not look too good to me so he came up with the Mineral Black QX60 Autograph, we took it on a test drive and actually he did not have to do too much because I knew I would be leaving with this car, he gave us a fair price for my trade and now I had to go talk to Joseph Limjuco for the finance part of it and of course Joseph walked me through everything and just like that I had my brand new car. Infiniti of Naperville people are very professional and good people even though Joseph bummed me out by talking about the Bears because they are not doing good this year at all but all and all if I am blessed to get another car I will always go back to see them and hopefully all the people that I talked will still be there even Anna Chmielewska who started the whole process. More
