Hello, My name is Randy Chin. I have been with INFINITI of Naperville for over 20 years starting back when the store was located in Lisle. I have been in the automotive industry for a total of 30 years all of them with INFINITI and/or Nissan. My primary role at INFINITI of Naperville is being a Sales Rep but I also handle New vehicle inventory ordering and acquisition. I take great pride in maintaining this aspect of our business. I grew up in the Elgin/Dundee area and now live in Aurora which is only a few miles from the dealership. I am an avid sports fan and really enjoy watching the Chicago Blackhawks in my spare time.

This is my second time purchasing a car from Infiniti of Naperville. The service is unmatched. Randy Chin was the sales professional that assisted me. I was set on getting a 2017 Q60. I had a pretty strict budget and he worked with his manager to help me to get my dream car! He was very kind and patient in answering all of the questions that my father and I had. I also appreciated that he was not by any means pushy and that helped a lot. Thank you again Randy! It was great working with you and I will definitely be back and will refer friends and family to you as well. Working with finance was also a breeze. Thank you to Joseph for taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and for making sure that I could get everything I needed at an affordable price. It was greatly appreciated. Great experience. From Dale whom we bought from, to the finance closing we had the most pleasant time.
