Hello, My name is Randy Chin. I have been with INFINITI of Naperville for over 20 years starting back when the store was located in Lisle. I have been in the automotive industry for a total of 30 years all of them with INFINITI and/or Nissan. My primary role at INFINITI of Naperville is being a Sales Rep but I also handle New vehicle inventory ordering and acquisition. I take great pride in maintaining this aspect of our business. I grew up in the Elgin/Dundee area and now live in Aurora which is only a few miles from the dealership. I am an avid sports fan and really enjoy watching the Chicago Blackhawks in my spare time.

I contacted a few Infiniti dealerships regarding the 2013 JX35 and Infiniti of Lisle definitely knows how to take care of their customer(s). From closing the sale with Ray Wolski to the vehicle overview wit JX35 and Infiniti of Lisle definitely knows how to take care of their customer(s). This was my first Infinity purchase and I love my new JX35! The staff at Infinity of Lisle were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. My car buying experience was pleasant and easy. "Pleasant and easy" is not what you normally expect when purchasing a vehicle. I got an immediate response from Tony Saldana when I inquired about the car online and received great follow-up from both Tony and Jeff Walker, my sales consultant. Jeff was great. He put me at ease and was upfront and honest in reviewing my needs and selecting the 'right' car. I would highly recommend asking for his assistance if you plan on purchasing a car from this dealership. Everyone involved in the process was couteous and responsive. After purchasing the car, Randy Chin was very helpful in explaining all the features and made himself available should we ever have any questions. This dealership has worked hard with me and my family in the purchase of this new car, Several people took me on test drives 3 different times, Randy answered volumes of questions numerous times. Steve took care of one of the test drives and gave me trade in value on my old Infiniti when Randy was busy with another customer. Randy Quoted me over the phone using the info I gave him. When I arrived the next day, the car I wanted at the price we agreed to was sitting in the lot ready for me to drive home.
