There was a rebate on my paperwork that was not supposed to be there. Maybe a honest mistake, maybe a ploy! I’ll never know! I told them to bring me my down payment check and come get your keys! He stated then that he would make it worth my time to go in and work out new paperwork, but at that point I was unwilling to do anything I didn’t see in an email before heading down. They have yet to replay to a single email I have sent. Needless to say they will get their car back when they pick it up. More

Quick process, but new van had issues While the dealings were quick, I hadn't looked at the van since I'm fimiliar with it until we signed. Then I noticed a cut on the leather steering wheel and scratches to the body. I was told to bring it back for warranty repair. I live 60 miles away. I've seen on other reviews that this was a problem with vehicles, being in not new condition, when they were sold as new. I guess i will have to add my review to theirs now. More
