So, so many car sales reps insist on taking you on a forced march through a series of tired, manipulative, intensely annoying questions they learned at the latest “how to sell” seminar. Randy did none of that nonsense. We had a congenial, intelligent conversation about what I wanted and reached a conclusion that made us both happy. The whole dealership had a very professional, no fuss - no muss vibe. Note: I bought a GMC Yukon, not a Buick as checked below. There was no choice for GMC. More
