When it came time to turn in our 2011 Subaru we made our first contact with the team at Litia Subaru in Reno, we thought of them first because of our buying experience there in August of 2010. I would like to point out that my wife and I live near Vallejo, CA, a 3.5 hour drive from Reno. When we contact the dealership in early January we were put in contact with Jesse Watkins and what a terrific experience he created for us. The entire process was handled by phone and email, Jesse responded to our frequent requests quickly and thorougly and he made us feel like we were his only and most important customers every time we spoke (if only the slot machines at Harrah's treated us as well). We drove up to Reno from the SF Bay Area on Saturday morning to pick up the car.....we arrived at the dealership at about 9:45AM and were on our way out of town (well, not really out of town....there was that stop at Harrah's) before noon. The completion of the paperwork went quickly and smoothly, best of all there were no surprises. The car was exactly at described and promised, price and terms were as promised and Jesse exceeded our expectations. Although the dealership was busy, everyone made us feel welcome and appreciated. Paul Bushness, the Internet Sales Manager (with whom we spoke by phone a few times when Jesse wasn't available) stopped by to say hello as did Randy Goldman, the General Manager. I would encourage anyone considering a Subaru to give Jesse and his colleagues at Lithia Subaru Reno an opportunity to earn your business. More

This place falsely advertises on forums pretending to be a customer, "who got an UNBEATABLE DEAL." To only get you interested and in the door. Then they will try to hide all fees from you and jack up the pr a customer, "who got an UNBEATABLE DEAL." To only get you interested and in the door. Then they will try to hide all fees from you and jack up the price after receiving your deposit. Any dealership that conducts their business like this is immoral and should not be trusted with your investment. Filed a report with subaru international as well - your staff needs to be disciplined or at least learn how to hide your IP's registered to your business. More

Purchase of a new car was the best deal after shopping around. The auto ordered was delayed; but, the dealership went the extra mile to provide the ordered car from another dealer, including some options around. Lithia exceeded any and all expectations we had and the sales and service team was top notch. Everyone we worked with was professional, knowledgable and friendly which made the car buying process seamless sales and service team was top notch. When we first called to inquire about a car, Rich was very helpful in answering our questions and setting up an appointment with us. When we arrived at the dealership, we were immediately greeted by Paul who put us in the hands of Cynthia who was an absolutely fantastic sales associate. She went above and beyond what we could have expected to get us the car we wanted, including a 4 -5 hour round trip drive to pick up the car. She was able to answer any question we had or put us in the hands of someone who could. Her knowledge of cars in general was quite impressive as was the information she was able to provide us with regarding warranties, financing, and DMV related questions. We could not have asked for a better sales person. The finance/loan portion of the car buying process was also a good experience thanks to Jonathan who was also a pleasure to work with. The general manager, Randy, went out of his way to introduce himself and make sure we were satisfied with everything that was taking place. Buying a car from Lithia was a great experience and we would highly recommend the team we worked and will definitely do business with them again in the future. Thanks Lithia! More

Thank you to Paul, Jesse & Randy for making my Subaru purchase a pleasant process - particularly since I was coming in from out of state. And Randy sealed the deal when he stuck to his word on pricing. Thanks guys - I will recommend Reno Lithia Subaru to others and would likely be a return visitor when the need arises again. I can't explain in words such great customer service Randy Goldman and Paul Bushnell gave to myself and to my family. My family and I live in California its a 6 hour drive to Lthia Subrau in Reno NV. This drive was defenitly worth our experience and would do it 100 times again. Randy Golman met our price range and didnt try and push us to spending more then we could afford which most sales dealers do and Paul Bushnell we cant thank you enough we had never seen a sales guy get a screw driver before and tighten a screw on a vehicle or try and fix a wire from sticking out of place before leaving back home. I went to Lithia Reno Subaru with cash in hand ready to make a deal and purchase a vehicle; same day. This was the third dealership that we had visited and we were able to close a deal. Rich Atkinson was our sales rep and really helped us out. He not only worked for us, but worked with us. We were able to negotiate a price and walk out the door with confidence and great customer support from all of the employees who worked there. Chip helped explain all of the mechanical repairs that were being done, and Randy was able to check in and let us know that he was there if we needed any assistance. Great guys, efficient, fair, and get the job done. More
