Easy car buying experience! I already referred a friend! It had been 10 years since I bought a new car and I usually dread the process. Randy Goldman and Calin Varga made it a pleasant experience! I felt I was given the best deal possible and left feeling confident in my purchase. Even Doha in finance was great to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership and Subaru. Calin even spent another 40 minutes thoroughly going over the car as the evening was getting late on a Friday night, I never felt rushed. I already sent a co-worker and she bought a new Subaru yesterday. I will probably be going back for another Subaru after I sell my Lexus. Subaru cars have many of the bells and whistles for a lot less! More

bait and switch Hopes to buy a great first car, our fultimr vehicle is a RV so decided to get stick shift to tow. Happened into this place asked sales person for year style , brief wait and directed to 2 cars ,sales person at first wouldn't haggle, saw car,drove car sales person insulted us by way of assuming we could not afford car . Reapproched manager over the phone and talked like he was aware of car and would take fixed amount and would we be coming down later, we aggerrd yes with cash and showed second time ,car parked in front of window and game of not finding in computer the car we drove. Well with much remorse further humillitation endured by stalling dealership practices,, was used trade in ,lots of miles in wear and tear not really justifying price asked. These cars are not any different than any other you still have to maintain usefulness and insurance adds up. We saw large inventory and sure these people want to hang on to all not to re-enter world but to prise like Tiffany. More

Working with Khaled made this a good experience I bought a 2004 Outback from Khaled on his first day on the floor. Robert Canadian also helped with the process and was also appreciated. To say that there were some glitches in the process is an understatement. Because I bought the car before it was sent through the shop there was a week's worth of delay and back and forth AFTER I purchased the car. I won't go into the details of that, but the bottom line is that I would not have left a happy customer if it wasn't for Khaled. Khaled served as my advocate throughout a very difficult process. He was determined to make sure I left in a safe vehicle. To do this, he had to negotiate with both the service department and the general manager. I felt very taken care of and in the end, could say that I would be a return customer. Thank you Khaled More

I am rating this dealership and the three EXCEPTIONAL gentlemen I worked with a 5!! I have never had such a wonderful experience buying a car before. From the minute I walked onto the lot and was gree gentlemen I worked with a 5!! I have never had such a wonderful experience buying a car before. From the minute I walked onto the lot and was greeted professionally and sincerely by Steve Leetzow, to the last signature on the paper and driving my new Subaru away. I was given an honest and fair price for my trade in vehicle, and an honest and wonderful price on my new BRZ. My rating for this dealership however is not based on the value I received, though it is awesome, I'm rating this dealership a 5 because the service is OUTSTANDING!! I was treated with respect, no hassle, no pressure, they worked along with my crazy work schedule and waited for me. Every time I was promised a return call, I got it. I asked one day if we could communicate via text because I was in a training class, but wanted to make a deal that day. That's what I got! I got the deal I wanted, the respect every consumer deserves. Steve went above and beyond in my opinion, spending much time with me explaining how my new vehicle was special and its features. He even took time on his day off to check in on me! After hours he contacted me with an answer to a question I had. Steve is my "Subaru Guru" he left nothing behind in details or service. I told the students in my training class that "i felt like royalty at Lithia Reno Subaru" I also said in large part, "Subaru Steve" was the reason for my complete delight in the total experience. I feel as though I cannot find proper words to describe Steve and his deep knowledge of Subaru or the outstanding service I received. I can only hope through what I have tried to describe you can imagine the smile I am wearing, the words I am sharing with all who ask me about my new ride, and the referrals I intend to give Steve and the management, Dustin and Randy. I stopped by today to again thank Steve and when I described my feelings he said, "Tammy around here this is what we call Subaru Love!" I will never again buy from anywhere else. The experience has been simply delightful! I challenge anyone to find a better dealership in our area or a better salesman. THANK YOU STEVE MY SUBARU GURU!! I HAVE SUBARU LOVE- Thank you, Tammy More
