The when we reviewed what the payment would be, it was not based on the final negotiated price, the interest rate seemed very high for my excellent credit rating. Also, I asked for a full tank of gas ( in which was agreed upon) and was given only a half a tank. Randy Grimes was very diligent and did respond promptly to my request for a new 30 day tag, this was an out of state purchase, therefore there was some delay in getting the title and tags. All in all, it was a decent car buying experience. More
