Came in for regularly scheduled service (oil change/tire rotation) and was informed that mileage & initial inspection of car indicated that automatic Came in for regularly scheduled service (oil change/tire rotation) and was informed that mileage & initial inspection of car indicated that automatic transmission & front brakes servicing should also be done; had several coupons from Mazda from which Randy determined the one that would provide best benefits which was $100 off on bill of over $600; was very satisfied with the high level of communication he provided throughout the visit even though he was handling many customers due to covering for Dana who was out sick; met Carl (service manager) who was very friendly and seemed quite knowledgeable which increased my confidence in the quality of the servicing that Daytona Mazda could provide. Wait time was long however due to extra items done so I was caught up in rush-hour traffic upon leaving---ugh! More

I had planned to purchase the 2016 Club model but after I received the initial pricing, I was able to purchase the Grand Touring model for just a few hundred dollars more. After the sale, I discovered a small blemish on the trunk. I returned to the dealership the following day and Randy Hamel promptly took care of it. More
