I have been in sales/sales management for almost 20 years so I am very critical of the process. It can not be a process it must be customer centric and relationship based. This is my 6th Lexus purchase and my first previously owned one. These purchases span three dealerships. Without a doubt, Randy Josefik has made this the best experience I have had on any auto purchase. He has made this process relatively pain free, kept me and my wife in the loop through every step and has gone out of his way to insure our complete satisfaction. I would strongly reccommend to all of my friends that they specifically ask for him by name when visiting Woodfield Lexus. I feel he can be trusted while still serving his employers needs. From price negotiations to test drive to touch up paint work to missing floor mats and more, he was all over it. Thanks for a job well done. More

When I was ready, I chose Woodfield Lexus because of the positive experience I had with Randy and worked with Randy Josefik but was not ready to buy. I got the exact car I wanted. Since that time all of my interactions with Randy have been very positive. Randy is very customer focused and makes himself available to me when needed.
