The service that I received from Woodfield Lexus was beyond Exceptional! I'd like to thank all of the sales associates that helped me throughout my experience: Josh, George, and Randy. They all made sure that I was well taken care of, and after price shopping with a lot of different Lexus dealerships, the benefits of going with Woodfield Lexus made everything worthwhile.I sat down and told them exactly what I was looking for, as well as my second color option - just in case they couldn't find my first one. Two days later, I got a call back and was told that they found my vehicle and would have it shipped in ASAP. While the finance documents were being prepared, I was shown all the features I can think of with the vehicle. The gentleman who had showed me was very informative and knowledgeable of exactly what everything was. This is the place you need to go to when looking for a new Lexus, because it's not just the service, but also the whole atmosphere of the building. Mrs. Azam made the final paperwork painless and quick. We ended up getting the protection plans for the car (dents and tires) because it was well worth it! Again, thank you all for everything, and I plan on sending all of my friends all colleagues interested in Lexus to you guys, because no one else can compete! More

I spoke with Randy Joseifik over the phone and we agrred upon a price, provided the SUV met my expectations. He picked me up at the Airport and there were no surprises when I got to the Dealership. The 2011 Lexus RX350 was in immaculate condition as Randy had promised. Randy had David Gustafson spend time going over the vehicle to make sure I knew how everthing woked and was completely satisfied. David was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with as well. The entire Sales team made purchasing an automobile a pleasant experience. This Dealership set the bar very high. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a Lexus. My wife said after dealing with Lexus of Knoxville and Toyota of Bristol (both disappointing) it's to know that "Southern hospitality" exist at Woodfield Lexus!!! I bought my first car 50 years ago (dating myself), and this was absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a salesperson and dealership. He was honest, true to his word, gave us a great deal, and went FAR beyond what I've come to expect from a salesman and dealership. I doubt that I'll ever buy a car from anyone else... I only wish I'd gone there years ago. More

The dealership is dazzlingly beautiful, and we were greeted by friendly enthusiastic staff who offered us a variety of cold beverages. Our salesman told us they had no demos, and showed us some of there 2013 certified pre-owned cars that I test drove. Near the end of our visit, they suddenly remembered a "demo" that was exactly the color I wanted. I was told this car was just recently returned and not even on "the books." They told me the price they quoted me was very special. I loved the car, and told them I would return the next day with my husband to buy the car. That evening, while on the Woodfield Lexus website I found the same car at a price $600.00 less than the price quoted me. They had simply made up the story of this car just recently being returned and not even being "on the books." After talking to my salesman and the sales manager I was given a shifty explanation that what I saw was a leasing special from back in June. Funny, when I went back online I found that the prices quoted were guaranteed until September 2014. The sale online had nothing to do with leasing, it was a demo sale. Another disturbing finding was that there were several demos listed on the website, but I was initially told there were no demos currently available. Woodfield Lexus has a lovely facility and their people are friendly and enthusiastic. Don't be dazzled and fall into their trap of deceit and lies. We all deserve better treatment than this. More

Since I purchased my car at Woodfield Lexus, I had NO hesitation going to them for service. I didn't have an appointment so I thought I'd have to leave the car or at least be waiting a while. Not so, they took it in, fixed the problem and I was able to continue on my trip. I no longer live in the Chicago Area, but I was a customer of Woodfield Lexus for 11 years. I can HIGHLY recommend this dealership both for sales & service. More

There were some issues that needed to be fixed so would have to return to actually purchase. However, as I went home and thought about the second car, I decided I would want to test drive that one as well. Randy came in on his day off to allow me to test drive the car.....which is the one I ended up purchasing. He was so accommodating, knowledgeable, professional and seemed like an 'old' friend. He answered every question I had. Dealing with Alex and Sean was also impressive. More

I was walking through the lot and looking at the used certified pre owned SUV's when Randy Josefik walked up to me and asked if he could answer any questions I might have. I then described exactly what I wanted to accomplish in the purchase of an automobile. After listening to me describe the vehicle I wanted and the options I wanted as well as the pricing I wished to stay within Randy put me into an SUV/hybrid for a test drive and it had every feature I wanted. Randy had truly listened to what I said! Randy answered all of my questions and worked with me at the dealership and then with my husband by phone to facilitate my purchase. It was a late night for all involved but Randy Patiently walked me through the contractual information then waited while I met with Financing to complete the transaction. Alex was great and explained each and every icon on the dashboard, set up my blue tooth, my garage door opener buttons and answered all of my technical questions. The service department filled the tank and washed the vehicle and helped me unload my trade in and move everything into the new purchase. All in all I was more than pleased with the entire experience and drove home that night with my new plates on and everything I wanted in a vehicle at my fingertips. I would highly recommend Woodfield Lexus and Randy Josefik as well as the entire staff. More
