FABULOUS customer service! I gave McDonald GMC Cadillac a 5 star rating because it was the easiest car purchase I have ever had. All of the employees were friendly - they worke I gave McDonald GMC Cadillac a 5 star rating because it was the easiest car purchase I have ever had. All of the employees were friendly - they worked diligently to get the deal closed and finished that day! Randy Kropp played a HUGE role for that 5 star rating. Mr. Kropp has wonderful customer service and was very personable! He even stayed after hours to finish sealing the deal! I would recommend this dealership to anyone! More

Outstanding Service My vehicle was totaled in January while driving back home from Chicago. After test driving many vehicles of different makes and models I decided on a GMC Terrain. I went to every dealership in the Grand Rapids area and told them exactly what I was looking for as far as color and options. Every one of them said the vehicle I was looking for was not available. However, when my fiancé was over on the east side of the state one day, he stopped in and spoke to Randy Kropp and told him what I was looking for. Randy went above and beyond and found exactly the vehicle that I wanted and made arrangements to have it shipped from Rochester, New York. Randy worked to get me a great price on the vehicle and I even for a rebate I knew nothing about. I picked up my new car on Saturday and absolutely love it! Thank you again Randy! More

On time! I came into the dealership because my car was totaled out on a Tuesday and the first face I seen was Randy. It was a familiar face and that was becaus I came into the dealership because my car was totaled out on a Tuesday and the first face I seen was Randy. It was a familiar face and that was because he sold me my last car. This gave me comfort that I was in good hands in finding a car. That same day which was Thursday I drove away in my new car. He answered all my questions, allowed my voice to be heard and even got me what I needed. Thank you Randy! More
