Just bought a 2013 Cheverolet Silverado! Dropped off my car to have some service done on it. This truck caught my eye. So when I picked my car up I went to look at the truck and thought this Dropped off my car to have some service done on it. This truck caught my eye. So when I picked my car up I went to look at the truck and thought this truck is sharp. Randy Kropp came out asked me if he could help me and I said just looking at this truck. Told me some information on it and unlocked it so I could look inside and if I want to take it for a ride. I said not today. The next day I called Randy told him I wanted I'm interested in the 2013 Silverado and would like to take it overnight. he had it washed gassed and ready to go. I came back the next day earlier then I originally told him and he met me at the door. he said you are early. I said I want it that bad. We went inside did some paper work and asked about getting a few things done to the truck. He figured out the price with tax and a few other options we discussed included in the price. The manager at first said no. The last purchase I made was my new car. He told her I bought a new car here before and still have it and eventually accepted it. I appreciated that so much. I wanted this truck so much and I was so excited. Randy was very professionally and Friendly and I wanted to give him a big hug for helping me out. Great Experience I had a bad experience at another car dealership earlier that day. As I was looking on line at other dealerships in the area, seeing what they had to I had a bad experience at another car dealership earlier that day. As I was looking on line at other dealerships in the area, seeing what they had to offer. I came across a Chevy Captiva Sport at McDonalds GMC used car lot. I gave them a call and decided that night to go over there and take a look at the Captiva. I was met by Randy Kropp at the door. He led us over to his desk. Ask me some questions. I asked him some questions about the vehicle. At no time was he ever pushy. He was a complete professional. He helped me with pricing. He gave me the opportunity to go to my credit union in the morning to try and get financing. Through the whole process I kept in touch with Randy to let him know I was financed with the credit union from there Randy took over. That is the second time McDonalds GMC used cars gave me the best car buying experience. Thank you Randy Kropp and McDonalds GMC. You have earned this customer for life. More
