Randy and Ryan were very nice to work with. We were surprised to not have an automatic lift gate on this jeep. That was a disappointment. I showed up on a snow day for the dealership so they were busy cleaning up the lot, but, I was pleasantly greeted and taken care of right away. Nathan Diederich, the Finance Mgr., was very helpful in telling me about the warranties available on this vehicle so I also got a great deal on an extended warranty.
