We have been working with Randy on the purchase of our vehicles over the last 15 years and he has proven to be an outstanding salesperson. His attention to detail and customer satisfaction are amazing. We just purchased our latest vehicle from Randy, a 2021 Jeep Wrangler. We got top dollar for our trade in and a price that could not be beat on our new vehicle. Randy’s after sales attention also remarkable. We had an issue with a door bolt on our jeep. I stopped in one afternoon, and Randy had the issue remedied that day and a new bolt ordered, which is now waiting for us to pick up, 24 hours later. Bye son, who is the latest family member to work with Randy, I had a key with his car, he needed a second key. Randy and the service department, made arrangements with the local Honda dealership to have a second key made at no cost to us. More

I would definitely recommend Frank Boucher! Just got my 2nd Jeep from there! Every single person I met was willing to help me with any questions I had. All so friendly and helpful with a "Can I help you?". The dealership is very clean and there is a nice area to sit and wait with TV and snacks. Randy worked well with Nate to get me my best deal for my new awesome 2023 Jeep Compass limited 4x4! Randy thoroughly explained details and technology in my Jeep and set up my phone. He sent emails after purchase to see if I loved my Jeep and offered help with any questions I had. Also Chris helped my sister(who bought her 2nd Jeep at the same time!) and me with some technical questions when we went back to the dealership as Randy had just left. He gave his time willingly! In the past, when I took my Jeep Cherokee for servicing I felt the same....just everybody willing to help. Always a friendly smile. The general atmosphere at Frank Boucher is friendly and cheerful employees that are there to help and meet my needs in purchasing and servicing my vehicle. Thank you so much!
