We’ve been customers of Lexus of Akron Canton since 2001. Their customer service has always been outstanding whether it’s been in sales or service, and this purchase is no exception. Mark Stacy treat 2001. Their customer service has always been outstanding whether it’s been in sales or service, and this purchase is no exception. Mark Stacy treated us with respect and professionalism during the entire sales process, and kept us informed every step of the way. Mark was also very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle itself. The dealership didn’t have the exact vehicle we wanted, so they located one and had it transported there within 2 days !!! Sales Manager Randy McQuaid was also involved in the sales process, and was instrumental in making the entire experience a positive one.
